Darwin International Airport - DRW

• Darwin International Airport is located in the city’s suburbs, 13 kilometres from the city centre.
• The airport has one terminal with two floors, both divided into Arrivals and Departures. The ground floor hosts check-in and security screening for Departures and baggage collection, ground transportation, and arrivals amenities. The first floor has concessions and gates on the Departures side while a duty free and Customs/Immigration are located on the Arrivals side.

Taxi
Taxis are available directly in front of the terminal. Taxi pricing is charged by meter. Expect to pay around AUD 30-40 for a trip between Darwin International Airport and the city centre. Besides, a AUD 3 exit toll should be paid by the passenger on exit from the ranking lane at the airport.

Bus
Darwin Airport's Bus Parking area is located at the eastern end of the terminal and can be accessed via a dedicated covered walkway. A lot of companies provide transfers: Darwin Charters and Shuttle, Buslink, Coach Charters Australia and Grand Touring Coaches.

• Qantas Airways The Qantas Club, main terminal, airside, next to gate 1.
• Qantas Airways International Business Lounge, main terminal, airside, next to gate 1.
• Virgin Australia Lounge, main terminal, airside next to gate 4. 

Car hire agencies are located in the arrivals area next to the baggage claim on the ground floor. The following companies are available: Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, Redpot and Thrifty.

You can book a car at the airport, or save money by booking online before you travel.

Please note that they do not have towels or soap, so you need to bring your own or buy at the airport.
