There's no rail link to the airport, but Bournemouth isn't far away, so it makes sense to hop on a bus.

Rail
Head to Bournemouth Train Station if you're going elsewhere in the UK. The Yellow Bus, line B1, will take you there in 15 minutes, and from there you can get to Southampton in 35 minutes and London in 1 hour 40 minutes.
Note: Unusually, and to the anger of many, you now have to pay GBP 2.50 to pick up or drop off passengers at the airport.
Bournemouth Airport lies only 7km north of Bournemouth (and 160km south-west of London).
It's a small airport, mainly serving flights to the Mediterranean, located in the village of Hurn.
The airport has one, modern terminal building, built in 2010, and is mostly used by Ryanair and TUI Airways. There are few facilities to eat and drinks and only three shops: two WHSmith newsagent both landside and airside, and a duty-free shop airside.
Bournemouth Airport offers free Wi-Fi in all areas of the airport. To connect, simply choose 'BOH Public Wi-Fi' in the list of Wi-Fi networks, launch your web browser and a Wi-Fi welcome page will guide you through.
