Lyon–Saint-Exupéry Airport - LYS

Lyon-Saint-Exupéry Airport is located 25km south-east of Lyon city centre. The passenger terminal complex has two terminals.

• Terminals 1 and 2 are connected by a central building before security. 
• Terminal 1 has a ground level for arrivals and an upper level for departures. Contains departures gates B and C and is also connected by an underground tunnel to a small satellite building containing the D gates which are mainly used by easyJet and Transavia France. 
• Terminal 2 contains boarding areas Q and P on the upper level and arrivals on the lower level. Mainly used by Air France.
• Luggage trolleys require a deposit of EUR 1 to use.
• Wi-Fi access is available throughout the airport.

Rhonexpress

The Rhonexpress tram gets you to and from the airport in just under 30 minutes. Trains leave every 15-30 minutes and stop at Lyon Part-Dieu Station.

Cost: EUR 15.20 one-way or EUR 26.70 round-trip
Operating hours: Every 30 minutes from 04:25-06:00 and 21:00-00:00; Every 15 minutes from 06:00-21:00

Taxi

Taxis are available 24/7 outside Terminals 1, 2, and the Gare TGV on the ground level.

EUR 45-50 (day) or EUR 65-70 (night) to Lyon-Part-Dieu
EUR 50-55 (day) or EUR 65-70 (night) to Lyon Centre

Showers are available at the airport. Rates are EUR 12 for the ‘Comfort’ shower and EUR 7 for the Eco shower. It includes toiletries and towels.

The new NH Lyon Airport hotel can be accessed directly from Terminal 1 and is 30 minutes from the centre of Lyon. There are 245 rooms, a first-class French restaurant, and gym, sauna, and steam room. Rooms start at EUR 144 per night. Day rooms are available by availability.

Small play areas are available in Terminals 1 and 2 to keep children occupied before your flight.
