Will Rogers World Airport - OKC

Will Rogers World Airport is located six miles southwest of downtown Oklahoma City.

• The airport has a single two-level terminal with an East Concourse and a West Concourse. The lower level is the arrivals level and houses baggage claim carousels, an information desk, a conference room and restrooms. The upper level of the terminal is the departures level and houses departures gates, shops, restaurants, a nursery room and an information desk.
• Most retail merchants are located inside the secure area so it is best to hold off on shopping until after.
• SmartCarte luggage carts at USD 4 (exact change or Visa or MasterCard) are conveniently placed in Arrivals areas.

Taxi

Taxis rates are posted in the cabs or passengers can obtain rate information from the cab driver.

Cost: USD 24-26 to downtown

Shuttle

Public and private van shuttles, such as Airport Express and Oklahoma Shuttle, are located on site to meet all scheduled flights and incoming passengers. Prices vary among companies and minimum fares may be charged. The rates of these shuttles are posted on the exterior of the vehicles.

Cost: USD 17-29 depending on the zone of the city

• Schlotzky's. Hours: 5:00AM-8:00PM daily.
• Salt Lick Barbecue. Hours: 10:00AM-6:30PM daily.
• Moe's Southwest Grill. Hours: 10:00AM-6:30PM daily.
• Sonic - America's Drive-in. Hours: 5:00AM-7:00PM.
• Cross Grain Brewhouse.

West Concourse 

• Route 66. Hours: 5:00AM-7:30PM daily.
• The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Hours: 5:00AM-4:30PM daily.
• Redbud Bar.

Ticket Lobby

• Cafe Oklahoma. 

The airport offers several meeting rooms for the public area. Rooms can be reserved during regular business hours.

• The Creek Room. Seats 4-5 people, located in the reception area of the airport's administrative officies. Cost: Hours 1-5: USD 10. Hours 6+: USD 5 for each additional hour. Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM Mon-Fri.
• Osage Room. Seats 100 people, located on the ticketing level next to Delta ticket counter. Cost: Hours 1-5: USD 40 per hour. Hours 6+: USD 20 for each additional hour.
