Two terminals

As one of the oldest airports in Russia, Strigino International Airport serves the city of Nizhny Novgorod. It is located 14 km south-west of city centre. The airport has two terminals, 1 and 2.

Terminal 1: The current occupation for this terminal is under the decision but it used to serve both Domestic and International flights.
Terminal 2: Constructed in 2016 and currently hosts both Domestic and International flights.

Getting into Nizhny Novgorod

Take the Bus

Bus

To get to the city centre, you can either take Bus 11 which connects the airport to Ulitsa Druzhaeva or Bus 56 to get from the airport to Krasnoye Sormovo Factory.

Cost: RUB 28 (you can buy tickets on the bus)
Operating hours: 05:30-22:10 MonFri, 06:30-22:10 on Sat-Sun


Minibus

You could also take the Minibus 46 to get Kuznechikha-2 micro district. The Journey takes around 30-40 minutes.

Cost: RUB 28 (you can buy tickets on the bus)
Operating hours: 06:30-21:30
