The quickest way to get into Toronto is by UP Express train.

The Union Pearson Express (UP Express) opened in 2015 to take you downtown to Union Station in just 25 minutes, with trains leaving every 15 minutes, from 05:30-01:00. It stops at Bloor and Weston en route. It's not the cheapest option, but it's quick and comfortable.
Cost: CAD 12.00 one-way (discounts available for seniors, students, families and return trips, and with a Presto card)
Buying tickets: Online, on the train or at ticket vending machines or customer service desks in the stations

Taxi
It's a pricy journey into Toronto by taxi, and the journey can take from 30-60 minutes.
Cost: Around CAD 55 (plus 10-20% tip)

Bus
If you want to save some money, you can take the 192 Airport Rocket, run by the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), which also runs the subway. It takes you to Kipling subway station downtown in 20-25 minutes, and runs roughly every 10 minutes Mon-Sat, 05:30-02:00 and Sun, 08:15-02:15.
Cost: USD 3 one-way

Toronto Pearson International Airport lies around 25km north-west of downtown Toronto. It has two separate terminal buildings:

For a tasty and quick bite to eat as well as a good conscience go to Camden Food Co. Try their organic salads or other deli products with many ingredients being sourced from within 100 miles of the airport. In case you need to avoid gluten, this also is your place.

Goodlife Fitness operates a 10,000 sq.ft workout area that contains state-of-the-art training equipment, stretching area, and free weights. The facility offers changerooms with showers, soap, conditioner, lotion, hair dryers.
Rate: Day passes are CAD 15 per person per day. They have a Reebok clothing and shoe bundle to rent for CAD 10.

There is a wonderful oasis of armrest-free seating that is open to everyone in Terminal 1. If you are waiting around the airport, either for a flight or a friend, and would like some quiet time, go to Lounge Q. This place is practically empty all the time, even when the hall outside is full of people. There is also a play area for children and a TV with little kiddie chairs.

Tired of carrying your luggage around the airport? Toronto provides a great storage solution. Rates are per day, according to size: CAD 4 (small), CAD 6 (medium), CAD 8 (large), CAD 10 (extra large).

Terminal 3 (Level 2 ) - This play area seems to be an after thought. It is located at the far end of the terminal at C35. Any further away and it would be on the tarmac, but the good news is that its never that busy

The free 24-hour LINK Train is the easiest way to transfer between Terminals 1 and 3. Travel time is three minutes one way, and trains leave every four minutes at peak times (07:55-23:20), and eight minutes at off-peak times (23:30-3:30).
